Ergonomic Job Incentives?

Given the choice between two ptherwise equal office jobs, one where you get an old coffee-stained chair from the 80's and one with a new Herman Miller Aeron Chair custom fitted to your body, which would you take? Hm.

According to an article at Ergoweb, employers are starting to realize ergonomic workspaces aren't just good for employee health, but they may actually attract workers. Employers willing to spend more to make their workers happy send the message that they care, or at least that they want productivity over sore butts and RSI. "From high-end chairs to customized cubicles, luring employees with ergonomics as a benefit seems to be working."
