Given the choice between two ptherwise equal office jobs, one where you get an old coffee-stained chair from the 80's and one with a new Herman Miller Aeron Chair custom fitted to your body, which would you take? Hm.

Employers willing to spend more to make their workers happy send the message that they care, or at least that they want productivity over sore butts and RSI.
