This will probably sound crazy, Barb, but I recommend getting tested for food allergies. I was having digestive issues, and was tested, and found out I was allergic to gluten and dairy. Once I eliminated those foods from my diet not only did the digestive issues clear up, but my RSI, acne, asthma, headaches, (all stuff I never thought was related) cleared up completely.

Now I wonder how many people who are having joint issues may just be intolerant to gluten (found in wheat so it's pretty darned common) or have other food allergies.

Maybe it won't cure your problem the way it did mine, but it only costs about $100 to have a full panel that covers all common food allergies (it's just a simple blood test).
